This Lothrop's phone directory from 1927 covers the towns/cities of Newport, Sunapee and Claremont N.H., all are located in Sullivan County, New Hampshire. Lots of print advertising and alphabetical listing of businesses and residents with addresses and three-digit phone numbers. Not many images, mostly print. Binding is decent, paper inside of front and back covers are torn/separating along spine, still holding. Outside edges of pages and cover are soiled, top and bottom rubber stamped with: Winner Hotel, Phone 667, Claremont, N.H., Private Garages, Grill Room. Fairly clean inside, some stains through-out the first 30 pages at bottom edge along with bent corners at lower right of that same section, small amount of insect damage, most of the book is good-very good (340 pages). The only writing I can find is on the inside of cover, it does have a musty smell.
