    This was my late mothers doll.  The doll is in good condition, the sleep eyes work.  The doll is marked Effanbee on the back.   My mother had a note on the doll.  The note said "Little Lady" ??.  So I'm not sure if it is a "little lady".   She will be shipped either USPS, Fedex, or UPS based on shipping charges to your area.
