list the people in the directory alphabetically by name, along with the name of the wife and others that may live at the same address followed by many address pages that show the name of the streets by address and the name of the person living there (even shows if they own the house) along with the names of their neighbors. This is followed by  pages of numerical telephone numbers so you can see who has the phone number your looking for. List of businesses and their addresses.
If your doing your family tree or just interested in who's listed in the directory, or for genealogy, this is a great reference.
