    ANTIQUE EFFANBEE 14” composition PATSY DOLL PATENT PENDING Original Outfit. This is the most beautiful Patsy I’ve ever seen! Her outfit is original, clean and crisp! I don’t see any crazing on her body or face, and only slight crazing on her head, that may even be a production line, just not sure. Two very small dark marks at her hairline on the left, could possibly be removed. Her coloring is beautiful and bright! Unsure if her wrist tag is authentic original. She is a must have for any composition collection! Just gorgeous! Please see pictures as they are part of her description. Ships USPS with insurance.
