    Here is a 1930s composition doll Patsyette.  On her back it says "Effanbee Patsyette Doll".  She is 9" tall, has painted eyes and molded hair.  Her left forearm has been repainted.  Some crazing, as to be expected on a doll this old. Her stringing is good.  She is wearing a vintage style outfit from a vintage pattern; A matching blue bonnet and dress with white polka dots, white cotton undergarments and original shoes and socks. Includes doll stand.
