    Vintage Effanbee Baby Doll 1971-13”. Doll is adorable!There are some issues. Hair paint has been rubbed off in some areas. Sleeper Eyes are beautiful blue and work well. The eyelashes on one eye are short in the middle. The right eye has a chip on its blue iris. The right cheek has a deep scratch. Squeaker works! Outfit is in good condition.
