A little wear to lip color in one spot. We found a single pink nylon sock after taking the photos and have included it in the box.

    Hard to find Effanbee line produced in the 1940s and 1950s
    Lightweight molded vinyl, nurser mouth, may be a Dy-Dee baby
    Dress, bonnet and pillow in a nice quality fabric, it almost seems like raw silk
    Measures about 12"
    Pre-owned, good condition in original box, we don't think this was played with or even removed from the box, but there is some browning on the tissue paper and a brown line across the front of the skirt and on blanket, probably a reaction to the acid in the tissue paper.
