    9” vintage (1928-1946) Effanbee Patsyette composition doll in very good condition.
    She has painted eyes and molded, painted hair.
    She is wearing an original white with multi-colored leaves cotton print  dress with belt and matching panties.
    White knit socks and black Mary Janes complete her outfit.
    Her condition is very good with some cracking and crazing on the back of her legs and
    a few rubs on her head
