Vintage Composition Patsy Lou Doll. She is a big girl, 22 inches long. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Patsy has a well made dress with an undergarment/slip. Her hair was repainted. One tiny spot on hair is lifted. Looks like airbrushed hair. Composition is in good shape but paint is flaking on her body, legs and hands.Her face and head are quite nice. Stringing is good. She displays nicely even with her flaws.
