Vintage Effanbee doll - this is Sweetie Pie - she is about 19" tall - marked Effanbee on the back of her head - her head, lower legs and hands are composition - swivel neck - the rest of her is cloth - sleepy eyes with soft lashes - hand painted lower lashes and brows - bright blush and lip color - molded hair with curls - her composition surface is excellent - just some slight crazing lines - no cracks or flaking - no missing fingers - her cloth parts are clean and nice - the crier in her tummy does not work - wearing her original white organdy dress with lace trim - matching bonnet - lace trimmed slip and panties - white socks and oilcloth shoes - the outfit is in excellent condition - she comes in her Effanbee box - the box is worn, but protected her for all these years.
