Vintage Effanbee Babykin Baby Doll 8" Vinyl w/ Box Never Played With Drink & Wet

I have for auction an Effanbee Durable Doll in her original box.  She is Babykins, an 8" vinyl, drink & wet baby dolls in her original clothing and she is still attached to her pillow.  There is discoloration on the pillow but I don't know what caused it.  She has sleep eyes and is in very good condition.  Her clothing includes stockings, dress, bonnet & diaper.  Also included is the baby bottle. The box and original paper packing, as well as the dolls tag, is still in the box.  Please enlarge the photos to view the condition.
