Vintage Effanbee Honey Cinderella Hard Plastic Doll in Box AO

Vintage Effanbee Honey Dolls have a definite charm of their own! And this model is one of my all-time favorites! Cinderella!
She is all original and complete in her box. The only thing missing is her crown, slipper ties and safety pin holding her unders up, which I just noticed for the foto shoot and will make sure are replaced and good to go. She even has her little “glass” slippers! What an absolutely charming little doll! You will not be disappointed
when you receive her.
Please remember, she was manufactured around 1949, so that makes her a very esteemed 70 years old. She has some age-related “issues”: her dress is a bit brighter in the back than the front, there are some very small age-related marks on her face and body, especially where she was lying on her snaps on the back of her dress which left small scratches in that area but everything else looks just lovely and in wonderful condition!
Her dress and panel netting is crisp with no holes or discoloration other than the front bring slightly lighter than the back. One part of one square metal snap is stuck to the other one and not attached to the dress but that is a quick simple fix. The elastic in her sleeves is crisp and snug.
Her charming blond mohair wig is in its factory original set with bright gold side barrettes and pins holding the lovely curls in place.
Her joints have rubs at her head/neck, shoulders/arms, legs (I assume since I don’t like to remove a dolls garments if I think they have been on the doll and never removed, which I believe to be the case with her).
She has a very, very light “Yes, I’m 70 years old odor” but not the “I have that toxic hp breakdown odor.” I double sniffed her just to be sure, by the way.

The box lid has the most damage at the corners, but the box itself is cohesive and fairly solid, although there is a lot of spotting on both sides on the longer outside panels.
Ive tried to note everything you would want and need to know before making an informed purchasing decision.
There’s a reason why I love this doll so much! (I have the complete set of Cinderella and her Prince in my own collection but they are showing a little more of their age than she is and don’t have their original boxes.)
You are getting an absolutely wonderful, very hard to find little doll!
