Vintage Effanbee Little Lady Anne Shirley Doll 15” Beautiful 1950's with TAG

This is another beautiful doll from my moms collection.  This was another one that my grandmom did not allow her to play with (I have a few listed this week!).   This is a 15" Anne Shirley doll by Effanbee.  She is not in her original box, she is in a box marked American Character, but it is still a very old box in great condition that fits her well.
Her coloring is beautiful!!  Her hairstyle is original as are her clothes and shoes.  I don't think they were ever removed.  If you look closely at the dolls face and lets you can see a couple of hairline cracks that look like the surface cracked from age, similar to crazing in ceramics I suppose.  She also has a tiny crack above one eye.   The hairline cracks aren't too visible unless the light hits them a certain way, but regardess, she is in excellent overall shape other than the lines here and there.  They seem to be on her elboes and the front of her legs snd back see pictures.
She has her original tag which is also rare for a doll this age.  This was given to my mom by her Aunt sometime in the 1950's I believe.
My mom passed away last month and we are now trying to sell some of her dolls for my dad - who is now battling prostate cancer after having taken care of my mom for 23 years while she had cancer.  I know she would love to see her dolls go to someone who would cherish them as much as she did.
