Vintage Effanbee Patsy Doll ReIssue 1946 Pinafore Dress

Going through a box of things from awhile ago, I came across this Effanbee Patsy dress—I bought a lot of this collector’s things as she had a note attached to every doll and dress—she was organized! This dress she has verified, is a dress/pinafore dating from the reissue of Patsy in 1946.
I’ve been able to find a blue one like it, but this one is red and I think it’s cuter! The dress has the panties underneath, sewn in, as should be and there is no button or snap—the dress is secured by a gold safety pin. There is no tag. The dress is very clean and has no spots or stains. There is one spot on the right strap that needs a stitch or two to reattach the red and white trim—truly just a stitch or two! The note that was attached will be sent with the dress—it indicates this dress was for a 13-1/2” Patsy. It also gives a reference page in the Effanbee book.
