Vintage Indiana Replica Plastic Bicentennial License Plate 1976, Embossed

Description

Indiana Replica Plastic Bicentennial License Plate 1976. Condition is "Used".
It has what appears to be perforated holes (last 2 photos) on it but I'm not sure they will line up with the vanity plate screws on a vehicle or not.  This may just be a display piece but I can't find another like it to verify what it is exactly.
It measures 12"×6", just like a normal plate.
