There are 712  total pages. Covers, both front and back, just with minor wrinkles. No big deal at all. White pages only with peoples' names, addresses, and telephone numbers. Great resource for genealogy, locating relatives, or general historical research. All interior page are in  excellent plus condition for 65 years old. San Francisco old telephone directories are very hard to find. See all photographs and details as there are no returns. Excellent original telephone directory book  in great condition.
