Workouts specially designed for women, positive effect on reproductive health
P.volve is another fitness studio for women exclusively which offers online workouts. As the creators proclaim, all the programs were developed for females, some of the programs are specialized for women of different ages and even different origins.
There are 3 consulters on the site: physiologist, gynecologist and physiatrist.
P.volve also has its own blog and webshop. Unfortunately when I was writing this review, blod haven’t worked. As for webshop… You can buy here the stuff for your practices, because some of the lessons require special gear.
P. volve also has 3 offline studios based in NYC, Chicago and LA.
The success of p.volve students was mentioned by Vogue, Elle, Forbes, Goop, Popsugar and etc.
Here’s the one week free trial, then one month will cost you 7.99$, one year subscription costs 95.88$. But actually you can’t buy the 1-month subscription, you need to pay for the whole year.
You can register or enter the site through your Apple, Google or Facebook account.
After that you need to bid you card, you will be also notified that subscription will be paid automatically after the expire of the free trial.
Then you can train, but I recommend answering a couple of questions.
To complete most of p.volve programs you need special equipment, for example there’s only one program for beginners where you can train without gear.
If you have ger, you can complete 2 more programs for beginners. So you’d better buy some gear if you’ve bought a p.volve subscription.
On the page “Workouts” you can find new lessons, I’ve seen 9.
You may find all the other videos at the page “Series”. They are divided by programs and types, and there’s plenty of them. Unfortunately p.volve doesn’t have a filter, so it’s not that easy to find something that fits for you.
If on the page above all series are divided by goal, level, coach. Then at the bottom there is a See all series A-Z button. Clicking simply opens a page with all the programs in alphabetical order.
As you may see, series have short descriptions, you can also see how long you need to train by the following program.
If you open the “Studios” page (if you haven’t entered your account, you can enter the pages from the website’s head, you’ll just get the error 404), you’ll find Live Virtual Studio. Here you can watch the recordings of the live streams and also choose for yourself a live-stream from the schedule.
This is how the video looks.
You can’t set the speed, but there’s also a music player, which is a cool feature for a music lover like me.
Well, p.volve is a good studio if you’re looking for online workouts for women. The absence of the proper filter is annoying, but otherwise it definitely costs its price, as you can easily use it and train by the programs created for women by specialists.
